Key Passage: GENESIS 21: THE LORD WILL BE GRACIOUS TO YOU!
GENESIS 21: 1-2: “Now the Lord was gracious to Sarah as he had said, and the Lord did for Sarah what he had promised. Sarah became pregnant and bore a son to Abraham in his old age, at the very time God had promised him”
I pray for you in this second week of the fast, may the Lord be gracious to you. He was gracious to Sarah and kept his promise to her.
Pay attention to that word “gracious”. It is pertinent because, even though Sarah went her own way to look for a solution (Through Hagar), God was still gracious to her and kept his promise.
May the Lord be gracious to you, and may his grace supersede your mistakes and mishaps. May the Lord satisfy you early with his mercy.
VERSE 7: Sarah said, “God has brought me laughter, and everyone who hears about this will laugh with me.
May ABBA give you a testimony that everyone who hears about it will rejoice with you.
Amen!

There are laws that allow private landlords to regain possession of properties they rent out. The process of eviction can take months or even a year, depending on the grounds. Expedited eviction may be an option in urgent cases.
Before an eviction can take place, many steps must be completed. As a starting point, the tenant must be notified of the intention to evict.
An eviction is decided by the court unless it is agreed by both tenant and landlord. The documents and claims are reviewed by the court. Afterward, they can determine if eviction is justified.
In the case of a successful eviction, the landlord can obtain enforcement assistance through the city’s bailiffs.
Note: Eviction results in homelessness, which is a very serious matter. Legal help is crucial if you’re being evicted.
